Product
1. Are the products really made in Korea?
Yes. All products are hand-picked by us from Korea. And we have tried our best to choose products with ‘Made in Korea’ tag. For items without such tags, we have checked and confirmed that they are indeed made in Korea.
However, some Korean businesses have their designs manufactured in China to lower costs. In such cases, we will state “Korean-designed. Made in China”.
2. Will you be selling other goods besides Korean products?
We will definitely be expanding our range of products over time to include special collections from third parties or imports from other countries. Do follow our blog to be updated!
3. I have seen an exact same product that is ‘Made in China’ and it is selling for much cheaper.
Yes, we have noticed this too.
Some China manufacturers frequent Korea to get sample pieces and bring them back to be produced in China. The Korean manufacturers are not happy but there is nothing much they can do about it.
As the cost price of Korean goods is much higher, we are unable to lower our prices to match that of ‘Made in China’ pieces. Therefore, it is up to our customers to decide if there is a difference in quality or self-satisfaction.
4. The product I like is no longer in stock.
You may leave a comment on our blog if you really want the particular item. We will try our best to restock it depending on demand and availability. But the quantities will be limited to ensure that our customers can still own something unique and special.
5. I have received a damaged/wrong item.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for the exchange/refund process.
6. How do I know if the item fits?
We provide approximate measurements for each of our clothing to ensure that our customers choose the best fit. Please refer to the measurements provided on the product’s page.
7. Can I know the US/UK sizing for the clothing?
We do provide a size chart as a general guide but please note that Korean sizing varies. We strongly recommend our customers to refer to the measurements given on the product page to determine if it fits.

1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
Postage/Delivery
1. What are the postage charges?
Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Rates for more details.
2. How long do I have to wait for the package?
Singapore Customers: Please allow at least 2 working days from the time your order is sent. E.g, your order is sent on Tuesday, you are likely to receive your package on Wednesday or Thursday.
International Customers: Please allow 7-14 working days from the time your order is sent.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. Please check our Shipping & Handling Rates for the international shipping rates.
4. What is the delivery method?
All Singapore orders will be sent through normal postage. Additional charges apply for registered postage. All International orders will be sent through registered airmail using SingPost. Tracking codes will be provided.
5. Where can I track my order?
Please log on to your account to retrieve the tracking number when your order status has been changed to ‘Shipped’. Then, proceed to this page to check on the status of your package. It may take up to 2 working days for the status to be updated.
Payment
1. Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. Please select the PayPal option after checkout.
2. How do I pay?
Local: We accept both internet/ATM transfers from DBS, POSB, UOB and OCBC. Customers can also choose to pay with their credit cards or PayPal.
International: Only credit card and PayPal payments are accepted.
Others
1. Do you have a retail store?
Not at the moment. Our transactions are carried out mainly online (through this site). We may participate in flea markets if the time and location are right.
